1. PROBLEM STATEMENT: To describe the research work or any work related to any subject, new problem solving methods & different ideas on recent metallurgical events includes paper presentation whereas all these activities are shown with the help of photographs and known as poster presentation.

2. SPECIFICATION: In both the activities minimum 1 member and maximum 2 members are allowed to represent their work (co-authors may be more).

3. RULES: 10 minutes are given for one paper presentation and 5 minutes for audience questions. Time may vary as per situation . In between break period poster presentation will be demonstrated.


COMPETITON DETAILS (Paper Presentation)
    
      A) TESTING CONDITION: Conditions depend on following criteria
                       Way to demonstrate (Body language)
                        Lucid delivery
                       On audience question

B) SCORING CRITERIA :
All above testing conditions are carrying marks but the ratio of marks depends on judges who will be judging the presentation.
C) DISQUALIFICATION CRITERIA :
If the member will not be present at that particular time, he/she will be disqualified.

D) TEAM SPECIFICATION & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Any candidate pursuing B. Tech ,  M. Tech or PhD  from metallurgy and material science stream or paper represent metal property are eligible.
